Phoenix Rising FC is made up of Launceston College sixth formers and ex students, as well as a couple of teachers. Established in 2009 after a successful school cup run, we currently compete in the Kingsley League and usually play on Sundays. The motto, a Latin translation of a classic James Brown song, incorporates the team’s philosophy: work hard, stay positive and play with as much style as possible!
